"The World is Your Oyster!' Oysters are collected in Fernandina Beach. Shells are bleached, acid washed, and dried in the sun for several days. Barnacles and other blemishes are scrapped off and any sharpe edges are sanded. All shells are finished, front and back, and sealed with a high gloss sealer. The process takes 1-2 weeks to complete. I take great pride in my work and hope my oysters bring joy to those that purchase them.
